We dropped daddy off at the airport yesterday afternoon- he's on a two week business trip to London. While it will be very sad to not have him around, its good for daddy to do so we shouldn't hold it against him! It was a beautiful day yesterday- sunny and nearly 60 degrees and we took lots of walks. First to downtown with daddy to do a little shopping and then to West Elm in the late afternoon- just you and I. You walked the entire way including all the steps up the 2200 plaza! With some help of course...We played, read some stories and had a nice dinner of peach/squash yogurt and lots of broccoli and cauliflower. You even had a little bit more pizza from the night before (we went to tutta bella with Sara, Jeff and Erika).
It will be a tough time not having daddy around and I'll do my best to make sure you have a great time. We're going over to grams and papa's today (it's also superbowl sunday) and then back to school this week, although I need to go to Portland on Tuesday so you'll stay with grams and papa's again).
Yesterday, during our shopping trip, we got you a swim suit for Hawaii which we leave in 3 weeks. You are so cute little girl! XOXO
