2nd mother's day for mommy

yesterday was mother's day and we planned a fun day together. You spent the night at grams and papa's because daddy and I stayed overnight at a resort to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary.

We picked you up Sunday morning and then went home for a bit and then walked to the pike place market and then to the aquarium. You had an ok time but wanted nothing to do with mommy- only daddy. I felt so sad but couldn't be too concerned since earlier in the week you only wanted to be with me. I just really wanted to be close with you on mother's day. Maybe next year. After the aquarium we walked to Bell Thai and you had your first official thai meal- fried rice. You loved it. In spite of everything I had a wonderful day with my beautiful daughter and thank a higher power for your little self in my life. smooch!
