In the bathtub today (last week you graduated from you Ikea tub to the full bathtub) you took a cup, filled it with water and drank out of it. Not just dribbles, but you held it evenly and took sips of the (disgusting) bath water.
Some things about you these days:
- you are shy around people you don't know- especially when they are in your house
- you love walking on the beach and throwing rocks into the water (your overhand is getting good!)
- you love books (brown bear, the big hungry bear, hey- wake up!, the little gorilla, clifford, etc)
- you love your berries; especially blueberries and raspberries but any berries will do
- you have very specific clothes taste- some things you don't want to wear, some things you make mommy wear
- you also seem to love shoes- mine and yours
- you fall asleep so well. Our nightime routine is quick: milk, binky and lullabies on violet
- you are slowly learning to speak- "mine" is what we're currently working on
- you are still obsessed with little einsteins but we try to limit viewing time
- you love playing "if you're happy and you know it..."
- you love it when daddy mimics you during dinnertime
- you love your little umbrella stroller and always want to be in it (its hidden in the closet at I write this)
- you give my tummy a kiss (for the baby) and wave at your sister
- mommy loves you infinitely
