This weekend we went to Whidbey so you would have some space to play outside and get some fresh air. Both you and Dottie were sick with a cold but you had a great time. Mommy and you went to the lagoon and played, we walked the balance beam in the back yard and you and daddy flew a kite and put feed in the bird-feeder. Mommy made you cupcakes (which I think you enjoyed) and daddy made french toast. You had a great time playing with your little cars and buses and believe it or not, you didn't watch any Disney Junior! Phhww- what a nice change!
We're back at home, getting ready for Monday school and hoping we'll return to Whidbey next weekend. Daddy is off with mommy for one more week to help with Dottie before he returns to work so I want to make the most of my time with him, Dottie and of course y little monkey, Hazel!
