Transition 3 classroom

You have been in your new classroom (upstairs no less) for almost 3 weeks and you're doing great! At first it was quite a change for you- you didn't like the drop offs at all and you pulled at my legs begging me to stay. I left you each day with tears running down my face- I felt so terrible. I felt as if I were abandoning you! Your teachers sent me notes telling me that as soon as I left you would settle down and enjoy spending time with your new friends. Luckily Ashby is also in your classroom so you and he are bosom buddies.
In a matter of a week you were fine with the drop off and would push daddy and me out of the room. You are able to wash your hands by yourself- turning on the water, getting soap, rubbing your hands, turning off the water and drying your hands. You know where to put your coat and you love to show me where things are in your classroom.
Your teachers are great- Karyssa is so sweet and supports you in every way. Both Breanna and Sama are helping you develop and learn.
I am so proud of you- you are talking more and more each and every day and your skills are advancing right before our eyes.
