My Dearest Hazel- this has been quite a year. You graduated from preschool and started kindergarten. It was rough in the beginning- you were finding your way and understanding the rules of your new school but I'm so happy to see that you are working through it, making friends, learning (you are so close to reading!!!) and your confidence is building. I knew you could do it sweet girl.
But that's not all I want to talk about though it has been top of mind for me. I know I tell you often but I love you to pieces. I kiss you at night when you are asleep and thank the lord that you are in my life. You made me a parent and filled my heart with love.
Continue to learn, to want to save animals, to question everything and believe with such conviction. It is refreshing and inspiring. But always know, that no matter what, your mommy loves you and my heart aches when I am not close to yours. I heart you Hazel.
