Good Day Hazel Lee!
We woke up (after 7 hours of continuous sleep no less!) to a snow blanketed city. The first snow of the season and glad that daddy is here to enjoy it with us. You got another bath, ate quite a bit and then have been off and on sleeping. Good baby.
Last night you had your first restaurant experience and it was appropriately at El Toreador with grandma and grandpa Goodejohn. We ate dinner at 4:30 (which pre-baby would be considered a late lunch) but we wanted to beat the crowds... You were so well behaved- you sat in your car seat until you became fussy (or hot) and then we brought you out where you rested on mommy's shoulder and later spent some time with grandma. We finished in less than an hour and left the restaurant right as you began to cry. Per usual, you fell alseep on the car ride home.
Back to the snow- since this is a La Nina year we're expecting lots of it so let's get bundled up, grab some eggnog latte and hit the outdoors. Smooch.
