A visit with Santa

The day after Thanksgiving and daddy and I woke up early (5:30 am to be exact) to prepare you for your very first Santa photo! We got to Nordstrom a little after 7am and found a healthy line in front of us. We weren't discouraged and began our wait in line. Luckily there was a Starbucks across the street (in every direction) so we enjoyed our coffee and waited. And waited. And waited. The Macy's day parade began at 8:30 so we got to see the marching bands and cheerleaders and floats. Eventually you made it to the front of the line and Mrs Claus was very excited to see you. We successfully got a photo with Santa and we're hoping it's the first of many!!! You were so good and only cried a little bit. Then we walked home, fed you and you and daddy watched some football while mommy spent a little time at the gym. Next we're planning on going to Uncle Jon's to roll some meatballs.
